    1099 Sales Consultant Overview

    Wet Orchid is an intimate moisturizing products manufacturer, specializing in products for women in menopause who are battling intimate dryness. We are looking for a motivated and experienced Independent Sales Consultants to join our team. As a Menopause Relief Sales Consultant for Wet Orchid, you will be responsible for generating leads and closing sales for our menopausal relief products.

    Responsibilities:

    • Generate leads through networking, referrals, hosting information and sales events, and other methods
    • Meet with potential customers to assess their symptoms and match them with the appropriate products to help relieve those symptoms.
    • Provide customers with information about menopause and their specific symptoms including how our products can help aid them in healing and comfort.
    • Assist customers with placing orders.
    • Maintain excellent customer relationships, following up and creating opportunities to continue and new sales each month from clients.

     

    Requirements:

    • Proven experience in retail sales, pharmaceutical sales, or other sales position
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

     

    Helpful Skills:

    • Ability to organize events such as home parties, pop-up shops, and other crowd gathering events.
    • Having a social media following or the willingness to build one and become an influencer

     

    Compensation Info:

    This is a 1099 position with a 75/25 split of profits.
