Sales Consultant Program Terms & Conditions​

Please read before promoting any Wet Orchid offers, as violating the terms outlined on this page may result in your sales consultant/affiliate accounts being blacklisted permanently.

Thanks for your interest in promoting Wet Orchid products.  We are very happy to have you as an affiliate, and we’re certain you’ll be thrilled with the results when you begin promoting our offers.

In order to keep customers happy, keep refund rates low, and maintain our brand’s reputation, we ask all affiliates to adhere to the following rules:

1. 1. Google Adwords / Bing AdCenter — FORBIDDEN KEYWORDS
      Affiliates may NOT bid on any “review” keywords, or any “brand name” keywords.  Examples of such terms include:
      • “wet orchid”
      • “made with menopause in mind”
      • “christie ann”
      • Any of our product names (ex: Flower Shower, Petal Protection Balm, Drench, etc).
      • …and all other similar “brand name”, “review”, or “buyer research” keywords.

      You MAY, however, bid on any other general keywords related to the topics of our programs (ie. keywords such as “dryness after menopause” or “how to fix vaginal dryness after menopause” and other broad topical search terms that do not seek to capitalize on potential customers conducting buyer research).

   2. NO Negative Marketing
      Affiliates may NOT use ‘negative’ marketing tactics, such as using words like “scam revealed” or “the real truth” in ad copy or on landing pages.
   3. NO False Claims & Misrepresentation
      Affiliates cannot make any false claims about WetOrchid products or company generally. This includes, but is not limited to, claiming to offer “special discounts”, “limited time promotions”, “instant PDF download”, or any other claims or statements that are untruthful, or that you (or we as the vendor) cannot deliver.
   4. NO False health medical claims
      Affiliates may not make misleading claims that would replace the consultation of a professional medical expertise. The products promoted should not be suggested as a replacement to traditional medical advice or therapies.
   5. NO Representation claims allowed
      Additionally, affiliates are NOT allowed to act or write as the product vendor or creator. This means you cannot claim to be the author of any of our products, nor claim to represent the product creators/publisher/vendor. You must write affiliate promotional content as a third-party, and cannot confuse your audience by claiming to be the product owner.
   6. NO Using Copyrighted Product Content
      Please do not use any screenshots, text, images, videos or other content from our products or websites (except for those found on this affiliate website) without our express written permission. We will be happy to provide resources and other materials to affiliates upon request, please contact us to request content that is not included in our affiliate resource pages.
   7. Payments Info
      Payments are made 30 days after the completed sale to allow for returns. Most returns if they are made typically happen before 30 days after the sale. If in the event a return is made after 30 days, the commission that would have been paid has the product not been returned may be removed from future commissions. You will be required to provide your PayPal account for payments to be made. There is no minimum required to receive your payout.
   8. Non-Employment, Independent Sales Opportunity Only
      Being accepted to the Wet Orchid affiliate program does not constitute a contract. You work as an independent sales entity, and are responsible for your own taxes, supplies, and expenses required to operate your business. The affiliate manager and administrators at Wet Orchid reserve the right to discontinue or even outright ban affiliate accounts. By applying to the program you agree that you understand this is a commission only business opportunity.
